Shipment Processing Time

• Orders within Bengaluru city are processed within 2–3 hours during business hours (10 AM – 7 PM).
• No deliveries on public holidays.
• High order volumes may cause slight delays (you will be informed via email/phone).

Shipping Rates & Coverage

• Free shipping within Bengaluru city limits.
• Urgent delivery option: Dedicated delivery boy assigned at extra delivery cost.
• Orders outside Bengaluru: Shipped via authorized courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket). Courier charges vary based on weight, size, and location.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• Buyers receive email/SMS once order is processed.
• Tracking details include: Order number, delivery person’s name & contact, and estimated delivery time.

Damaged or Lost Items

• Buyers must check orders at delivery time.
• Report any damages immediately to the delivery personnel.
• For courier shipments, contact the courier partner for claims; almed.in will assist if needed.
